## Ingredients

- Milk
- Butter
- Flour

## Process
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened.
3. Add shredded cheeses and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
4. Combine pasta with cheese sauce and transfer to a baking dish. Top with more cheese or breadcrumbs, if using.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
